support our customers need. We are experienced in delivering and installing rack
mounted systems and solutions as well as handling large scale workstation roll

experience and knowledge allow us to make sound recommendations relative to
network design, migrating to new technologies, upgrading existing systems, and

Supporting

pre-sales support to warranty fulfilment services. Depending on the customer's
needs, Pacstar can serve as the help desk for our customers or provide highly
trained temporary, part-time or full time technicians and network administrators
on a contractual basis.
Cabling
Services
Pacstar offers complete data, voice and video cabling solutions. We have
professional, licensed and bonded cabling installers and can accommodate any
cabling requirement. All cabling installations are guaranteed and only the best
materials are used.
Maintenance
and Emergency Services
Pacstar offers both scheduled maintenance and emergency support services. These
services are available on a time and materials basis or on a contractual basis
depending on a customer's specific needs. We tailor service packages for system
and network administration, break/fix services, printer maintenance/repair, and
simple help desk support to name just a few.
Hardware
Repair Services
Pacstar provides depot and on-site repair services on servers, PCs and
printers, both in warranty and out of warranty.
